Payment status updates continue to be delivered normally via webhook. However, some payment details — such as reference number and debtor account — may be missing from webhook updates if they were not pre-entered during the payment process.
We've reported the issue to the bank and are tracking for a resolution. This page will be updated once full details are restored.
